Ingredients
- 3-4 tbsp Oat Groats, fresh milled or rolled
- 3-4 tbsp water (1)
- 250g water (2)
Method
Soak oats for 30 min with water (1) and blend with water (2)
for 30 Sec/Speed 9-10

- 75g Raw Oat Groats - soaked in water for 12 - 24 hours
- 1L Water
Method
- Rinse oat groats and blend with water for 1 Min / Speed 10
- Strain with nut milk bag or cheese cloth for milk or leave as is for smoothies
Variation:
Blend strained oat milk with 15 g almond oil, a pinch of
Himalayan salt and vanilla powder
